Wonton wrappers are fun and easy to use! I used them to make these smoked chicken eggrolls 🙂
I started with equal parts of chopped smoked chicken and store bought coleslaw mix.
Mix in some Sesame Ginger vinaigrette. Just enough to get everything damp. I use Marzetti brand.
Put a quarter cup of the stuffing into a wonton wrapper. Roll everything up and use some egg wash to seal the wrapper.
I grilled these up with my grill on high. The wontons crisp up quick so pay attention and don’t let them burn.
Serve this up with a little Teriyaki sauce and you have a pretty nice treat!
